11/21/2009 - "Another way to save big money is to have an afternoon reception! But here’s the secret: Only if it allows
many of your vendors to “do a double”. We are a perfect example. If your reception ends early enough for us to send your DJ to a second event that night, we give you what we call our “Matinee Discount”. Most vendors will! They love being able to do 2 events in one day! What is “early enough”? Usually 5 or 6pm! You can save $1000 dollars or more doing it this way because you also save on food (finger food is much much less expensive than sit down dinners) and drinks…no one drinks as much from 2-6 as they do from 6-2. Definitely something to consider." 23
